Mr. Minid Patel, is one of the esteemed directors of Lassi Waves, and with an impressive background in the hospitality industry spanning over 14 years. With a wealth of experience as a restaurant and F&B manager, Mr. Minid’s expertise extends into customer service and management, garnered from roles in renowned international hotels such as “GRAND HYATT MELBOURNE” and “RENDEZVOUS HOTEL.” Currently at the helm of success is Honest Restaurant and KBC Pan House, Dandenong in Melbourne running since 2018, where Mr. Minid is not just a manager but a proud owner. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID era, his strategic vision and hands-on approach have propelled Honest Restaurant Dandenong to new heights. Mr. Minid’s focus on diverse business areas, coupled with adept digital marketing strategies, has contributed significantly to the restaurant’s success. His commitment to excellence, growth strategies, and unwavering customer service dedication make Mr. Minid Patel a valuable asset to the Lassi Waves team.

Meet Alap Patel, the visionary director steering the course for Lassi Waves. Armed with a Master’s in Accounting, Alap’s journey in the corporate realm unfolded at Regra International Pvt. Ltd. Over five years, he immersed himself in the intricacies of Inventory Management, Inward and Outward processes, Bookkeeping, Finance Management, and conducted meticulous Sales and Marketing Audits. This tenure fortified Alap with a robust understanding of business operations, financial dynamics, and market intricacies. Transitioning from the corporate sphere to the vibrant realm of gastronomy, Alap spent three enriching years as the Restaurant Manager at The Colonial Restaurant, specializing in British Indian Cuisine. Here, he seamlessly melded his financial expertise with the nuances of restaurant management. With an eye for detail, Alap ensured a harmonious blend of operational efficiency and culinary excellence. Prior to his managerial roles, Alap had also donned the hat of an Indian food chef, adding a flavorful layer to his multifaceted skill set. Through his diverse experiences, Alap Patel embodies the fusion of financial acumen, managerial finesse, and a deep passion for the culinary arts, propelling Lassi Waves towards a delectable success story.
